Slice prosciutto into squares. Lay the squares into an oiled mini cupcake tray, overlapping any holes. Gently press down sides to form the shape of a cup, then bake in a preheated oven until golden brown (roughly 10-15 minutes). Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Once cool assemble cups with your favourite ingredients such as figs, pear, ricotta, melon and spinach.
Peas and Prosciutto
Looking for a way to spice up that bowl of peas. Its simple just add some prosciutto. Heat a large skillet and cook the prosciutto on both sides until crispy. Cut into bite-sized pieces and add to your bowl of freshly cooked peas.
Top off a classic Margherita style pizza with slices of fresh prosciutto and some fresh rocket to add some extra wow factor.
