The fresh market-inspired lunch will include seasonal fruits from Northland, mussels from the Coromandel, Taupo lamb, Raukumara venison, Waitemata Red Snapper, as well as a section of regional cheeses and organic coffees and teas, whilst the degustation dinner features tapas style plates with locally grown seafood and poultry so that guests can experience many different flavours in the one sitting.
