After watching the trailer for Good Boys, there is no surprise that the R13 film has faced both praise and criticism. Although the film portrays the wholesome story of friendship, the film’s sense of humour is inappropriate, vulgar and crude. Starring three tween boys played by Jacob Tremblay, Keith L. Williams and Brady Noon, the film revolves around first kisses, spin-the-bottle parties and spying on the hot teenage girls next door.
With references to sex toys, drugs and porn, the film resonates well with tween boys everywhere but not so much with their parents.
If you’re looking to laugh or cringe, Good Boys will not disappoint.
