How to rock a Panna Cotta 3 ways with Nestlé

Ever since the first time I had Panna Cotta, I have been obsessed. If I’m out for dinner, lunch or even breakfast and the menu says anything to do with Panna Cotta – you can guarantee that’s what I ordered. So here is how you too can be a complete rockstar at making it and have it all to yourself as well!

Rosewater Panna Cotta with Wild Berry & Macadamia Nougat

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooling time: 60 minutes

• 150g NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix

• 500ml Milk

• 500ml Cream

• 2 tsp Rose water

1. Make NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix according to directions adding rosewater in with the milk and cream, pour into 125ml moulds.

2. Chill for a minimum of 1hr. Turn out, top with nougat.

3. Serve with raspberries and blueberries.

Cinnamon Panna Cotta with Pistachio Nougat

Serves 10

Preparation time: 70 minutes

• 150g NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix

• 500ml Milk

• 500ml Cream

• 1 Tbsp Cinnamon, ground

1. Make NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix according to directions adding cinnamon in with cream and milk. Pour into 125ml moulds.

2. Chill for a minimum of 1hr.

3. Turn out, top with pistachio nougat.

Vanilla Panna Cotta with Raspberries & Lemon Curd

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooling time: 60 minutes

• 150g NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix

• 500ml Milk

• 500ml Cream

• 150g Raspberry

1. Make NESTLÉ Docello® Panna Cotta Dessert Mix according to instructions, pour into 125ml moulds.

2. Divide raspberries evenly between moulds pushing them under the surface and to the sides of the moulds.

3. Chill for a minimum of 1 hr. Turn out, pour sauce over and garnish with extra raspberries.NESTLE-Panna-Cotta
