A Parramatta man has celebrated his Keno 8 Spot win by supporting his favourite local charity. On the 27th of January, a man who wishes to remain anonymous won $55,295.80. He was thrilled, he recounts to a Keno official. “We went out for dinner and to the casino last Sunday night, and bam, there it was, my eight numbers, I’d won!”
The man revealed that he had been playing Keno for years, previously having a few close calls—but nothing this big. The man said the winnings would help pay a few bills and support his favourite local charity, the RSL Club.
The winning ticket was purchased at Star Casino, on 80 Pyrmont Street, Pyrmont.
