LOCAL ROCKERS SET TO JOIN ROYAL BLOOD

I OH YOU and Frontier Touring are delighted to announce that local rockers Dead Favours will be joining Royal Blood at two of the most eagerly awaited rock concerts of 2018.

No strangers to the touring scene, Dead Flavours have built a loyal following across New Zealand with their lead single ‘Dig’ peaking at number one on the iTunes rock chart.

Coinciding with this announcement, Royal Blood released a video for their brand new single ‘How Did We Get So Dark?’. Directed by The Sacred Egg, this Tarantino inspired music video finds bass player, Mike Kerr and vocalist, Ben Thatcher embroiled in an action thriller that features a high-speed car chase and frantic shoot-outs. Forming in Brighton in 2013, Royal Blood’s self-titled first record became the UK’s fastest selling rock debut in three years.

Royal Blood will be returning to New Zealand following a series of sold out tours. From their debut shows in May 2014 till today, Royal Blood have solidified themselves as an electrifying live act.

The shows will be taking place in May with the first concert on Tuesday 1st at the Logan Campbell Centre in Auckland followed by the TSB Bank Arena, Wellington on Thursday the 3rd. Tickets for the general public are on sale now at ticketmaster.co.nz.
