QUEENSTOWN WINTER FEST PROGRAMME RELEASED

NZ’s winter has started with one hell of a party for the last 43 years and this year the party is as fresh as the season’s first powder. All the old favourites remain but this year there are some epic changes. The 2018 festival has a stellar line up of 100 percent NZ artists including musicians Tiki Taane, Maala, Leisure, The Black Seeds and The Feelers, who are celebrating their 25th-anniversary tour. Plus, more at the Sherwood gigs stage including Nadia Reid and Hollie Smith.

With Cardrona as the new host mountain, festival-goers will experience a brand-new mountain village experience including iconic events like the Monteith’s Dog Derby and Macpac Mountain Bikes on Snow, alongside some new and exciting events.

For those who prefer to stay at lower altitudes, the iHeartRadio Day on the Bay will be back, and when the sun sets crowds will head to one of the comedy events or the SKYCITY Ball which will be in a secret location this year.
