Mozzarella is often more popular and versatile than it seems. In the US for instance, mozzarella is the most widely consumed cheese countrywide. This is largely because it is used in all sorts of different ways, most notably pizza.

Bigg Mozz takes fresh homemade pesto and injects it into mozzarella with a giant syringe, designed for medical purposes.
While mozzarella has been paired with pesto in sandwiches and a variety of pizza and pasta dishes before, injecting balls of mozzarella takes it up another notch.
