People in Afghanistan would come from miles to hear Sami’s grandfather, the famous musician, play the rebab. Of course, this was before the Taliban came. Now Sami and his grandfather live in Boston as refugees, and when the rebab is stolen, Sami’s grandfather is absolutely devastated. His livelihood and his passion, his last reminder of home is gone. On a journey to get the rebab back, Sami find the goodness insides the heart of many kinds of people willing to help.
