Meadows Fresh’s latest creation gives New Zealanders a real authentic Greek taste. Kaló is an authentic Greek yoghurt, with the natural variant made using only two ingredients; 100-year-old culture originating from the Greek island of Crete, and Meadow Fresh. The yoghurt takes pure New Zealand milk and adds a unique Greek culture. Authentic Greek straining removes the whey, which has a high water and sugar content. This results in naturally thick yoghurt that is great tasting, low in sugar and more protein dense than other yoghurts, and the high amount of protein in Kaló means you’re likely to stay fuller for longer after eating. Kaló is available in four verities; Natural, Berries, Passionfruit and Manuka Honey and in both family pots and single serve pots.
