Dr Emma Sweeney calls her partner, Detective Cormac Reilly, to the scene of a hit and run outside of her university one evening. As the case develops, Cormac discovers links to Emma’s research and is forced to question his objectivity. A lot is riding on the case, and as pressure mounts, Cormac is forced to make some difficult decisions.
