TOO MUCH ON YOUR PLATE? NADIA LIM’S GOT MORE

Nadia Lim’s award-winning dinnertime convenience vehicle My Food Bag is launching a new meal solution into the hungry mouths of Kiwi families. The Heat 2, Cook 2 package will combine the essences of two My Food Bag staples: the classic My Food Bag ingredient box and the more recent Heat & Eat range.

Heat 2, Cook 2 will provide two meals ready to heat and eat alongside two of the health company’s traditional DIY provisions. It’s a great combination for households that enjoy the cooking process but don’t want to commit to it every night.

Kevin Bowler, CEO of My Food Bag, explained that “with today’s busy lifestyles and many families juggling work, long commutes, and after school activities our customers have told us that cooking a new recipe every night isn’t always achievable. This new bag offers an easier way for families to enjoy a My Food Bag dinner together no matter how much they have on.”

COOK 2 HEAT 2 PACKAGE PROMO

The pre-made meals are all made by local chefs from freshly sourced local produce. Since 2013 My Food Bag’s home delivery service has provided nearly 50 million nutritious meals to Kiwis. Customers order online and receive food bags containing recipes for a week’s main dinner meals. The bags’ fresh ingredients are sourced as locally as possible.

All My Food Bag recipes are developed according to co-founder Nadia Lim’s nude food philosophy of ignoring the hype, trusting your instincts, and eating ‘real’ food.

This meal solution is perfect for busy families or flats looking to spend quality mealtimes together.

Heat 2, Cook 2 currently serves four people with four recipes and is priced at $179.99 per week. It’ll be available for order across New Zealand for a limited time from Thursday 23 August, with the first deliveries on Sunday 2 September. A serves two option will be added to the range during September.
