Singer, songwriter, producer, and classically trained pianist Agnes Obel announced her long-awaited return to Australia and New Zealand in September, marking her first shows here since her sold-out 2022 tour.
After a five-year break from the foreground, she returned to stages in 2025 with her European tour that sold out shortly after announcement, and included a date at London’s prestigious Royal Albert Hall.
The intimate live performances, comprising songs from her acclaimed studio albums: Philharmonics, Aventine, Citizen of Glass, and Myopia, were accompanied by brand-new tracks that offer a glimpse of material to come.
Her tour continues, heading to QPAC Concert Hall, Brisbane, followed by Hamer Hall, Melbourne, and the Sydney Opera House, Sydney, before heading to New Zealand at Te Paepae Theatre NZICC, Auckland, marking her second-ever show in New Zealand.
