Kanye West has adopted new rules to his family and his lifestyle after recently converting to Christianity.
The rapper has revealed that his daughter North must follow his parenting demands including a ban on makeup and crop tops.
“I don’t think North should wear crop tops just because I had her wearing a slip dress when she was two years old,” he said.
“I think and feel differently now, now that I’m Christian, now that I’m the founder of a three-billion-dollar organisation and married for five years.”
West’s parenting demands stem from his conversion to Christianity while in hospital for his mental health. The singer now believes he is a son of God and spent his time in hospital writing and copying bible verses.
“Now that I’m in service to Christ, my job is to spread the gospel, to let people know what Jesus has done for me. I’ve spread a lot of things,” he said.
Kim Kardashian said that her husband’s new rules for their children have caused disagreements in the household.
“North is trying to get in on the makeup, but she’s being blocked heavily because her dad has stopped all makeup for her until she’s a teenager,” the reality star said.
