The Evil Dead movies have been popular scary movies since 1981.
The first three Evil Dead moves The Evil Dead– 1981, Evil Dead II -1987, Army of Darkness– 1993, including the Television series Ash vs. Evil Dead – 2015–18, is a mix of horror and comedy in a unique way that fans love. They have hilariously terrible CGI.
The re-imagined forth instalment, Evil Dead – 2013, is not part of the first three. This one was shot in New Zealand, just outside Auckland; the forth movie was excellent, showing lots of gore and following the kill rules of the outrageous three movies before it.
Some people were worried that the newest movie Evil Dead Rise might not be as good as the others, and they were correct! The latest Evil Dead movie suits people who have never seen the original trilogy. It doesn’t follow any of the rules for the others. The film has a lot of scary and violent scenes for people who like that kind of thing. The only reference it has to the previous movies is the Book of the Dead and one scene with a chainsaw.
