A New Zealand-based luxury lifestyle brand redefining dog accessories has debuted called Subwoofer. The debut collection includes several colourways of their collars, leads, and long lines. Alongside its core range, they have elevated dog bowls and name tags made in New Zealand with solid brass hardware.

Subwoofer’s distinctive colour-blocked striped webbing is the brand’s hallmark, with multiple colourways curated with the contemporary owner and home in mind. The collars and leads are meticulously crafted with specialist-grade polypropylene yarn, which is UV—and fade-resistant and durable enough to withstand demanding New Zealand conditions.

Subwoofer was founded by Lisa Mason, who was inspired by her beloved cavoodle, Monkey. This led Mason to craft sophisticated, functional, and durable products that seamlessly blend form and function.
“We believe that specialist, attractive, and practical products for the small dogs in our lives shouldn’t be hard to find or require a compromise on durability,” said Mason. “Subwoofer is about honouring the bond we share with our furry friends by creating products that look as good on our dogs and in our homes as they perform.”
Subwoofer’s journey began during the global pandemic when Mason struggled to find pet products that matched her high standards for design and function. With a background in fashion and a passion for quality, Subwoofer was born to fill this gap in our local market. Alongside their elegant design, Subwoofer’s elevated stands and bowls enhance the pet dining experience. Subwoofer collaborates with Trace to measure its carbon footprint across Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, placing the brand in the top 4 percent of SMEs actively tracking emissions. “We believe in blending style with substance to make a positive impact,” Mason added. The brand exclusively uses durable, food-safe materials and avoids plastic or polystyrene.
