A signature drink, a 21st Century nod to the classic tropical cocktails of 1920s Cuba and the Caribbean.

Ingredients

Bacardi Carta Blanca Rum

Aperol

Crawley’s Orgeat Syrup

Lemon Juice

Egg Whites

Angostura Bitters

Method

  • Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
  • Shake hard with ice.
  • Fine strain into a chilled glass.
  • Garnish with Angostura bitters.
