Written by John Krasinski and directed by Michael Sarnoski, the film is the prequel to the highly acclaimed films A Quiet Place and A Quiet Place Part II.
A Quiet Place: Day One follows the chaos in New York City after it is invaded by alien creatures who hunt by sound. We are introduced to Sammy, played by Lupita Nyong’o, the brave protagonist who must adapt or survive.
