And Just Like That Season Two Tease

The next instalment of “And Just Like That” is almost upon us, with a teaser trailer having been released. Fans of the popular “Sex and the City” re-boot are excited to catch up with friends Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte, but after the somewhat interesting first series, they are sceptical.

The trailer has given insight into what fans can expect from series two, with the big gasp being about the return of Aiden. Played by John Corbett, Aiden Shaw was a carpenter who won over Carrie in the early seasons of the show, thus starting an on-again, off-again relationship with her. Honestly, it became exhausting to watch, and the pair finally called it quits when Mr Big had Carrie running.

Corbett was seen filming scenes with Sarah Jessica Parker in New York earlier this year, and the announcement was met with a relatively mixed view, with some being for the relationship, but others eager to see what happens after the infamous kiss between Carrie and her podcast producer.

For Miranda fans, Che is still on the scene. The character was met by a lot of online anger last season, and many not wanting to see their return. With the future of Miranda and Steve left up in the air, it will be interesting to see which way Miranda chooses to go. One thing is for sure, however, and that’s Miranda’s famous red locks making a comeback.

Charlotte seems to be the same, constantly worrying about other people’s problems, and trying to make sure everything runs to her plans. It seems that she and her husband Harry might still have a few hurdles left to jump in the area of raising two teenage children, which the first season proved to be quite the challenge.

And lastly, there is still no sign of any possible return of Samantha, as Kim Cattrall has made it clear that she will not be returning to the show. Samantha did however have a minor role last season, appearing in Carrie’s text messages, and sending a bouquet of flowers to Mr Big’s funeral. Fans will be glued to the television to see if there have been any changes in this scenario.

But on the whole, “And Just Like That” season two looks to be an interesting one, and although with no confirmed streaming date yet, will be out before the end of the year.
