Anne Hathaway was showered with love over the weekend at her surprise baby shower organised by friends.
The actress and husband Adam Shulman are getting ready to welcome their second child and celebrated with a small group of friends in their Upper West Side home.
According to a source, the baby shower was a complete surprise for Hathaway.
“She looked completely shocked and put her hand over her mouth then her face,” the source shared.
“She hugged one of her friends and said ‘You guys are so good!'”
Guests at the baby shower gathered around a table of baked goods and food on Hathaway’s outdoor terrace. Hathaway wore an off-the-shoulder dress, gold butterfly necklace and little-to-no makeup.
It is unclear if the actress revealed the gender of the baby as there was no sign whether it is a boy or a girl.
The shower follows the news of the 36-year-old’s pregnancy which was announced back in July.
