Marvel Studios revealed the Captain America: Brave New World teaser trailer and poster, showcasing Anthony Mackie as the lead. In previous MCU films, Mackie portrayed The Falcon and officially took on the role of Captain America in the final episode of “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier” on Disney+ in 2021.
Following a high-stakes meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross, portrayed by Harrison Ford in his Marvel Cinematic Universe debut, Sam becomes involved in an international incident.
He is tasked with uncovering the motive behind a sinister global scheme that threatens to bring the entire world to its knees. The stakes have never been higher.

Julius Onah directed the film, which was produced by Kevin Feige and Nate Moore. Louis D’Esposito and Charles Newirth are its executive producers.
Marvel Studios’ Captain America: Brave New World is set to premiere in New Zealand Cinemas on the 13th of February, 2025.
