Episode Twenty:

Welcome to the strangest dinner party there ever was! This episode saw the new couples introduced to the main group, and sparks were flying.

The episode began with Martha trying to rally the rest of the women behind her for a potential showdown between her and Cyrell, although their responses to the situation were mixed. Heidi even seemed to side with Cyrell, as she understood her rage at the situation. When Cyrell finally arrived, Martha attempted to pull her aside to stir more drama but Cyrell was insistent on staying calm, which only enraged the gossip-hungry wench.

When the two new couples arrived, everyone was eager to greet them, and none more so than Jess who seemed to develop an immediate crush on Tamara’s wife Dan.

Mel and Dino had it out at the table after a confrontational few days. Dino had recorded Mel on the phone to her sister and confronted her with some of the not so flattering things she was saying about him. Mel was overcome with rage at being spied upon and seemed to turn into a fire breathing dragon before our very eyes. Mel eventually stormed off and could be heard saying that she was just done with the whole situation.

Cyrell pulled both Martha and her husband aside to apologise again about her behaviour. She was extremely civil and genuine, earning herself a gold star with her husband. However, once you hear what happens next you will be wishing she had thrown down when she had the chance.

Jess confided in Martha that she had feelings for Nic (well that explains the rumour) and she is encouraged by her friend to act upon her urges. So, Jess took him aside to proposition him, which was met with the most uncomfortable and sweaty response from Nic. He was clearly not interested and pushed her away. Jess seemed rather unperturbed by this and even went so far as to claim that she wasn’t even really hitting on him. What?

Unfortunately, the tomfoolery didn’t stop there. Jess was encouraged by her friend, once again, to do the wrong thing and she began patrolling the party for fresh meat. She set her sights on newcomer Dan, getting up close, personal and incredibly sloppy. She even started to undo her dress at the table! Yuck. Dan’s wife was pissed, and she began actively flirting with her husband and glaring at the invasive blonde.

Things seem very unresolved, so the next episode is sure to be a juicy one.

Cutest Moment of the Episode:

Heidi and Mike being ridiculously loved up at the dinner party.

Most Hilarious Moment of the Episode:

Nic’s face when Jess started to come on to him. You could just see what he was thinking: “Oh my god, my wife was right.” Justice for Cyrell!
