This workbook certainly does get the brain pumping well.  Written by a qualified psychologist, it is full of brain exercises to help reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s disease or dementia.  All exercises are targeted to strengthen different cranial muscles (and my neurons certainly enjoy a good mental workout). I found the tasks to be at a good difficulty level, with some tasks easy and others more challenging.

From correcting miss-spelled words to spotting patterns and solving all sorts of problems, there was plenty of variety.

Just the right amount of mental sweat to stretch cranial capacity and have a good workout.
