BOXING CHAMPION PARTNERS WITH CHILD CANCER FOUNDATION

Swapping his gloves with a wig, world heavyweight boxing champion Joseph Parker is teaming up with Child Cancer Foundation for their annual Wig Wednesday fundraiser, taking place Wednesday 21st June.

After visiting the Child Cancer Foundation’s Auckland Family Place, Parker was taken aback by the positivity and bravery of the kids saying, “the children show strength and courage that completely humbles me, and to see that they still have smiles on their faces is a credit to the wonderful team at Child Cancer Foundation.”

More than 300 businesses, schools, community groups and individuals across New Zealand have already registered to take part in Wig Wednesday and every donation raised will go towards supporting Kiwi children with cancer and their families.
