Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour’s Champagne bar, Sabrage, has launched an indulgent new sharing experience for summer.
Celebrating the low-high contrast, ‘Chips & Pearls’ combines crisp golden potato chips, delicate pearls of Sturia Vintage Caviar with a cool dollop of crème fraîche and fresh chives in a playful yet refined take on the afternoon ritual.
Made to be enjoyed between friends (or lovers) on Friday and Saturday afternoons, guests can rise to the occasion and add two glasses of Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
Achut Dhungana, Food & Beverage Manager at Sofitel Auckland Viaduct Harbour, said the experience captures Sabrage’s spirit, where French elegance meets playfulness and every afternoon can feel like a celebration.
“We wanted to give Aucklanders and hotel guests a reason to feel a little bit fancy.”
