Aje unveiled its Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Unfurled, at the historic Collège des Bernardins at Paris Fashion Week.
The brand collaborated with Australian artist Vicki Lee on the SS27 collection, exploring a flower’s movement as it opens and blooms through structural fluidity, sculptural silhouettes, and unique embellishments.
Bringing its distinctive creative vision to life, the brand partnered with ghd and Wella Professionals as Official Hair Partners for a runway presentation celebrating craftsmanship, texture and movement.

For the SS27 Unfurled collection, the hair direction centred around enhancing each model’s natural texture rather than creating a uniform runway look.
Inspired by the emerging “anti-hair” movement, Aje wanted the hair to feel instinctive, effortless, and almost untouched, celebrating individuality while complementing the collection’s fluidity, movement, and sculptural silhouettes.
Every look began with Wella Professionals ULTIMATE REPAIR Miracle Hair Rescue to strengthen, smooth and prepare the hair, followed by ULTIMATE SMOOTH Miracle Oil Serum to deliver nourishment, shine and touchable softness.

Rather than imposing one hairstyle across the runway, the team tailored each finish to the individual model, working with their natural texture to create hair that felt authentic and modern. The result was a refined balance between fashion and beauty, where healthy, beautiful hair became an extension of the collection’s story.
