Before the new season launches, fans can raise a glass with Raise Your Glass to 11 Seasons, streaming first on Hayu from the 26th of November.

The deep-rooted, dynamic group of friends, frenemies, and lovers working for Lisa Vanderpump at SUR are shaking things up from pump-tinis to chaos. With new uniforms, new faces, and plenty of old drama, Season 12 proves that the more things change, the more deliciously messy they remain.
Meet the SUR-vers
- Venus Binkley – The glue that holds the SUR staff together, Venus is everyone’s confidant and the keeper of everyone’s secrets. Feeling out of place in West Hollywood’s dating scene, Venus is encouraged to step out of his comfort zone. But when caught between Marcus, Kim and Natalie, diplomacy quickly disappears.
- Jason Cohen – A happy-go-lucky server and aspiring actor, Jason charms everyone he meets. Working alongside his cousin Chris, Jason tries to juggle acting classes, SUR shifts, and a budding workplace romance with predictably chaotic results.
- Shayne Davis – The only one in the friend group who doesn’t work at SUR, Shayne still finds himself at the centre of the drama. Focused on his sobriety and career in acting, improv, and screenwriting, Shayne’s social life and dating adventures are always on the edge of spiralling.
- Chris Hahn – Jason’s cousin and a bartender at SUR, Chris, arrived in Los Angeles to pursue acting before pivoting to music. Single and searching for something serious, Chris’s romance with Audrey faces turbulence when future plans lead to unexpected complications.
- Angelica Jensen – The newest addition to the SUR staff immediately makes waves. With ambitions in modelling and acting and flirtations with both Jason and Shayne, Angelica’s arrival stirs up more than just cocktails.
- Marcus Johnson – A long-time SUR fixture, Marcus is rebuilding after personal loss while balancing his DJ career and his relationship with Kim. With Venus and Shayne by his side, Marcus must decide whether his new outlook will strengthen or strain his romance.
- Audrey Lingle – Effervescent and ambitious, Audrey is newly single and chasing her Hollywood dreams. When a fellow SUR-ver catches her eye, sparks fly, but not without consequences.
- Natalie Maguire – SUR’s lead bartender of two years, Natalie, is eager for promotion to bar manager, though Lisa Vanderpump may have other plans after a recent outburst. Best friends with Venus and pursuing a pop music career, Natalie’s love life keeps the group buzzing.
- Demy Selem – SUR’s long-standing manager and the group’s steady hand, Demy knows all the ins and outs of her staff. But maintaining authority while managing friendships, especially with Natalie, proves challenging when the lines between business and pleasure blur.
- Kim Suarez – Balancing work at SUR, her entertainment aspirations, and a rocky relationship with Marcus, Kim finds herself under pressure when her friends get involved in her love life.
Vanderpump Rules Season 12 will be streaming first on Hayu from the 3rd of December, the same day as the USA.
