German original series Maxton Hall has achieved the most extensive first-week global viewership for an International Original in Prime Video history, occupying the #1 spot on the Prime Video Charts in over 120 countries and territories.
After achieving all this success, Prime Video was bound to confirm a second-season renewal of this global hit series.
Fans worldwide love Maxton Hall—The World Between Us, including us. It is the modern love story of James Beaufort (Damian Hardung) and Ruby Bell (Harriet Herbig-Matten).
When Ruby unwittingly witnesses an explosive secret at Maxton Hall private school, the arrogant millionaire heir James Beaufort has to deal with the quick-witted scholarship student for better or worse.
From then on, the handsome student tries to buy Ruby’s silence. And although the two come from different worlds, they will soon risk everything to be together.
The series has been based on the bestselling novel series Save You by author Mona Kasten.
