New Balance will host a four-day fitness and well-being pop-up programme open to everyone. This offer is an opportunity for Kiwis to nurture their mental and physical health, immersing themselves in a whole athleisure experience.

Led by one of Auckland’s most admired trainers, the pop-up training invites people to talk about mindfulness, food, and physical health. Leaders in fitness will gather from across Aotearoa to offer their knowledge in various classes and workshops, all free of charge. All attendees will have access to free breathwork sessions, nutrition workshops, goal-setting courses, and guided meditation.

“We want people to know that New Balance is more than just the miles or step count,” said Marketing Manager, Sophie-Anne Héroux. “We recognise that health and well-being mean different things to different people. It’s important to find balance, and we want everyone to find their fit.”

The four-day programme aims to provide people with an insight into all aspects of fitness, granting them the opportunity to have this experience without any membership or money spent.

The event will be hosted at the Common Space Studio in Grey Lynn and various off-site locations across Tāmaki Makaurau. Kicking off on Thursday, November 24th, the jam-packed schedule will go through until Sunday, November 27th.
