Sales have been beginning to slump, the company is facing numerous lawsuits, which a press release was recently sent out outlining a mega $30 million cost-cutting initiative. Stores closing and further cutting its workforce may be an option. Though American Apparel will be launching for the first time ever, a new fall line of clothing. Not sure if that will be enough to save the company, and they know it.
