We’ve recently delved into the knitwear scene to curate some of our favourite pieces to have a cup of hot chocolate in while binging silly romcoms all night.

1. RUBY
We’re talking balloon sleeve galore. So soft and so cosy. This Ruby Matilda Sweater is one for the books. With a mock-neck neckline and oversized sleeves, available in this cute peachy colourway (our personal fave), but also available in a khaki green.
2. The Knitter
Despite the name, The Knitter’s Ugly jumper is far from ‘ugly’. Although, nothing in the realm of fashion should ever be described as such. Each to their own (in all aspects of life, really), but in our honest opinion, this is the cutest little jumper we ever did see.

3. Taylor Boutique
Okay, you’re probably tired of us chirping on about Taylor Boutique, but we’re just really really really big fans. The quality of their knits are like no other but today we wanted to highlight the one knitted item that almost everyone has in their closets; a scarf.
A scarf comes in all different shapes and sizes, but we like ours chunky and full. Forget, thin scarves – I mean, what’s the point in that? Scarves are meant to keep you warm, so we say; the bigger, the chunkier, the more oversized, the better.
The Obverse Scarf by Taylor is in a black & navy colourway. Subtle, classic & understated. It does the job and it’s chic. What more do you need?
4. Huffer
We’re rushing to get this Rush Crew from Huffer. In a new dusty pink colourway that seems to be staying in trend through the seasons. We love all things pink, so we’re not mad about it.
This is made from 100% cotton in a streetwear fit with a stylish drop shoulder. It’s a wardrobe staple if you ask me. Comes in multiple colourways such as grey, navy & black to suit you.
5. LEO + BE
Did someone say colour blocking? This oversized & chunky Ella Jumper by Leo + Be is like wearing a blanket around the house. The epitome of comfy, without sacrificing style. That’s all we’re really aiming for in life.
Each panel of this knit is in a different colour to its neighbour. An ice-blue hue on the collar and the back, a sharp cobalt blue on the sleeves and a classic grey in the front. There’s not much else to say except the fact that we LOVE this!
6. Frisson Knits
Mohair is an ancient textile that comes from the angora goat. Incredibly soft in nature, however, to make sure their pieces are the softest things you’ve ever touched, Frisson Knits uses Kid Mohair exclusively.
Kid Mohair is only from the first two shearings of the Angora goat. The result is a garment which is silky to the touch. No dander with incredible smoothness; kid mohair is comfortable for even the most sensitive skin.
The Becca Cardigan in cream is gorgeous. Pair it with a pair of jeans for a casual look or wear it over a silk slip dress without sacrificing style. So versatile, it’s a wardrobe essential!
