Discover Kiwi classics and more with an indulgent twist to prepare for yourself or your friends.
Olivia is a recipe creator and food photographer residing in Taupō. She hails from a family of food enthusiasts – her twin sibling is a chef, and they learned to cook together as kids, utilizing the fish from the lake and venison their dad brought back from the bush.
As a brand developer and content creator, Olivia has collaborated with various supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, as well as recognizable food brands throughout the country.
Everyone possesses a narrative about food — the recipes and ingredients they grew up with and became accustomed to. In That Green Olive, Olivia Moore, a local food enthusiast, not only shared her own story but also demonstrated how to find happiness in the kitchen by introducing new elements.
Drawing inspiration from Kiwi classics, beloved eateries, and Olivia’s lakeside hometown, That Green Olive offers the option to add a touch of sophistication to cooking, whether you’re making beer and Gruyère scones or a delicious Nduja prawn pie.
These comforting snacks, meals, and desserts are meant to motivate and indulge, regardless of whether you’re cooking for yourself, your family, or your friends.
