Flight Centre wants to give would-be travellers the opportunity to experience the wonders of the world from the comfort of their own homes.
The travel video series, Relax (Slow TV), tempts viewers to become travellers with tranquil clips of some of the world’s most stunning stops.
The series is set to include a panoramic helicopter flight over the Swiss Alps, a train ride through Switzerland and the serene sounds of beaches in both Bali and Hawai’i.
Flight Centre New Zealand’s General Manager, Heidi Walker believes slow TV is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of a busy life and also a way to sustainably open the world up to those who wish to see it.
