For more than twenty-five years, David Nott has worked as a surgeon and doctor on the frontline of disaster and danger. Taking unpaid leave from his job at the NHS, Nott has worked in Sarajevo under siege in 1993, to covert hospitals in rebel-held Aleppo. Driven by passion and compassion, Nott’s desire to help others and the thrill of extreme personal danger make for some nail-biting stories.
