FINGER LIME MOJITO (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Switchel Finger Lime
- 60ml vodka
- Lime wedges
- Fresh mint
- Ice
Directions
- Add ice and a squeeze of lime to two glasses.
- Divide vodka evenly between glasses.
- Top with Switchel and stir.
- Garnish with lime wedges and mint.
SWITCHEL SUNRISE (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Switchel Blood Orange
- 60ml tequila
- Fresh blood orange
- Fresh mint
- Ice
Directions
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Juice half the blood orange and add to two glasses.
- Add tequila, dividing evenly between glasses.
- Top with Switchel and stir.
- Garnish with a slice of blood orange and fresh mint leaves.
HIBISCUS SHANDY (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Hibiscus Kiss
- Beer of your choice (lager is recommended)
- 1 lemon slice
Directions
- Fill a glass halfway with beer.
- Top up the rest with your booch.
- Garnish your glass with a lemon slice.
CHERRY JULEP (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Cherry Plum
- 60ml gin
- Fresh or frozen cherries
- Rosemary sprigs
- Ice
Directions
- Pour 30ml gin in each glass.
- Muddle gin and cherries in the bottom of each glass.
- Fill glasses halfway with ice.
- Top up with kombucha and stir.
- Garnish with rosemary.
SPICED RUM AND FIG (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Ginger Lemon
- 60ml spiced rum
- 1 orange
- Fresh figs
- Fresh mint
- Fresh ginger
- Ice
Directions
- Add ice and a generous squeeze of orange to each glass.
- Add ginger, fig and an orange slice.
- Divide spiced rum between glasses.
- Top with kombucha.
- Garnish with mint.
APPLE PIE TIPPLE (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Apple Crisp
- 60ml vanilla vodka
- Dash each of cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice
- 1 green apple, sliced
- Ginger, sliced thinly
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- Ice
Directions
- Fill glasses with ice.
- Add vodka, evenly.
- Add in spices and ginger.
- Top with kombucha.
- Garnish with cinnamon sticks and apple slices.
BERRY MERRY PUNCH (SERVES 4)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Ginger Berry
- 250ml vodka
- Juice of lemon and lime
- Fresh or frozen berries of choice
- Fresh citrus fruit, sliced
- Fresh mint
- Fresh ginger, sliced
- Ice
Directions
- Add a generous amount of lemon and lime juices to a jug.
- Add ginger, mint, berries and muddle.
- Add ice.
- Pour in vodka and kombucha.
BOOCH BELLINI (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Peach
- Sparkling wine
- Fresh peach, to serve
Directions
- Fill glasses halfway with sparkling wine.
- Top with kombucha.
- Garnish with fresh peach slices.
MINTY MARGARITA (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Lemon Lime Mint
- 60ml tequila
- 60ml triple sec
- 60ml fresh lime juice
- Flaky sea salt for rim
- Ice
Directions
- Run lime wedge around the rim of the glasses and dip in the salt.
- Shake the ingredients, except the booch, in a cocktail shaker with ice until it gets frosty.
- Add kombucha and stir.
- Strain into glasses.
- Garnish with lime.
KOMBUCHA WHISKY (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Original
- 60ml whisky
- Fresh pear, thinly sliced
- Fresh grapefruit
- Fresh thyme
- Ice
Directions
- Add ice and a generous squeeze of grapefruit to two glasses.
- Mix in whisky and top with kombucha.
- Garnish with pear slices and thyme.
KOMBUCHA KOSMO (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Raspberry Lemonade
- 60ml vodka
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 2 sprigs thyme
- Ice
Directions
- Fill the base of two serving glasses with ice.
- Add vodka, evenly.
- Pour in lime juice and top with kombucha.
- Garnish with thyme.
REMEDY FLOATS (SERVES 2)
Ingredients
- Remedy Kombucha Raspberry Lemonade
- 4 scoops ice cream
Directions
- Place two scoops of your favourite ice cream in the bottom of each tall glass.
- Pour in the kombucha,
