ACME’s Launch Into Tableware

Acme Cupco has announced the launch of its new tableware collection, the Classic range. Unveiled at Maison & Object in Paris earlier this year and at World of Coffee in Copenhagen last month, the Classic range received positive reviews and generated anticipation for Acme Cupco’s future endeavours.

Co-owners Megan Wyper and Paddy Kennedy set a goal 18 months ago to “set the table.” This launch marked the first step toward that goal. The duo wanted to be a part of all those special moments people have around the table, which is quite an honour.

Staying true to their design principles of form and function, Acme has created two plate ranges that complement two cup ranges—the original Classic range and the upcoming Roman range.

The Classic range, which includes two plates and two bowls, is now available in famous Whale and Milk colours.

“We didn’t want to limit the plates and bowls to certain meals or times of the day; we believe that less is more. For example, a large classic dinner plate can also serve a salad or the main protein dish of a dinner party.”

The new Classic range expands on the Classic cup range that Acme introduced over ten years ago. It has become synonymous with specialty coffee and is admired in cafes and homes.

Acme has been committed to producing functional, durable, and elegant products and has broadened its offerings to other items. It has been recognised globally for its exceptional craftsmanship, and its products are the preferred choice for high-end hotels, restaurants, and individuals seeking an exceptional coffee experience at home.

The Classic range will be available in New Zealand and Europe this July.
