Three-time Grammy Award winner Ariana Grande has announced her eighth studio album, petal.
Executive produced and co-written by Ariana Grande and ILYA, petal comes out on the 31st of July via Republic Records.
petal is described by Ariana as, “Something that is full of life and growing through the cracks of something cold and hard and challenging.”
Fans can now pre-order petal in a range of digital and physical formats, including standard LP, CD, and cassette.
Ariana Grande has delivered eight consecutive platinum albums and amassed over 125 billion streams worldwide, solidifying her as one of the most influential pop artists of her generation.
She made chart history as the first artist since The Beatles to occupy the top three spots on the Billboard Hot 100 simultaneously, with “7 rings,” “break up with your girlfriend, i’m bored,” and “thank u, next.”
Most recently, she starred as Glinda in Jon M. Chu’s feature films Wicked and Wicked: For Good opposite Cynthia Erivo’s Elphaba, alongside an all-star cast including Michelle Yeoh, Jonathan Bailey, and Jeff Goldblum.
Continuing to expand her career across screen and stage, Ariana has also completed production on Universal’s Focker-In-Law, in which she stars opposite Ben Stiller and Robert De Niro, set for release this November.
In 2027, she will make her highly anticipated stage debut on London’s West End in a revival of Sunday in the Park with George opposite Jonathan Bailey. She will also lend her voice to Warner Bros.’ animated musical adaptation of Dr. Seuss’s Oh, the Places You’ll Go! and appear in an upcoming season of FX’s American Horror Story.
