A$AP Rocky Is Coming To Auckland This December

A$AP Rocky is heading back to New Zealand, and fans will want to mark their calendars. The rapper, fashion icon and creative powerhouse has announced an Auckland show as part of his Don’t Be Dumb World Tour, with tickets going on sale this week.

Rocky will take over Auckland’s Spark Arena on Saturday 12 December 2026, marking his first return to the region in eight years. The show follows the release of his fourth studio album, DON’T BE DUMB, and promises a mix of new material and fan favourites from across his career.

The announcement comes after a sold-out 25-date European and UK tour, which saw Rocky perform across 19 countries. The run broke several records, including the fastest-selling rap show in Greece and the biggest arena sales for a rap artist in Zagreb, Belgrade and Sofia.

Never one to keep music and fashion separate, Rocky also made headlines during the Paris leg of the tour when he presented his SS27 fashion show, Anti War Global Economics, at Accor Arena. The presentation attracted 6,000 attendees, reportedly setting a record for the most-attended fashion show, before Rocky returned to the stage for his sold-out concert later that evening.

Born Rakim Mayers, Rocky has built a career that extends well beyond music. With more than 25 billion streams worldwide, he has become one of hip-hop’s most recognisable names while establishing himself as a major figure in fashion and entertainment.

His latest album, DON’T BE DUMB, features artwork by filmmaker Tim Burton and collaborations with artists including Tyler, The Creator, Doechii, Gorillaz, Thundercat and Brent Faiyaz.

Alongside his music career, Rocky co-chaired the 2025 Met Gala, has appeared in films including Highest 2 Lowest and If I Had Legs I’d Kick You, and holds creative director roles with Ray-Ban and PUMA.

For New Zealand fans, December’s show is an opportunity to experience the artist’s latest era live, with the Auckland date arriving just in time for the summer concert season.

Tickets are on sale this week, with artist and eligible Westpac New Zealand Mastercard presales beginning Wednesday 14 October at 12pm. The Live Nation presale opens Thursday 15 October at 12pm, while Westfield members will also have access to reserved tickets from the same time.

General public tickets go on sale Friday 16 October at 1pm NZDT.
