On its own, the trailer for Jennifer Lawrence’s new movie, No Hard Feelings, is hilarious, witty, and comedy-gold.
On the cusp of losing her childhood home to piling debt, Maddie (Lawrence) gets a job from wealthy helicopter parents who are searching for someone to ‘date’ their son, Percy, who happens to be a 19-year-old introvert.
The trailer suggests that this movie will cover all bases, humour, heartbreak, action and love, with Lawrence being the guiding force through all.
This latest instalment from the Oscar winner, 32, is directed by Gene Stupnitsky (Good Boys, Bad Teacher,) and co-stars Andrew Feldman, Laura Benanti, Natalie Morales and Matthew Broderick.
No Hard Feelings is in cinemas on June 22nd.
