Cars 3: Tech Up Or Go Home

Lightning McQueen is back! Voiced by Owen Wilson, the racing champion is determined to prove himself against the new generation of racers. Blindsided by the newcomers, McQueen is suddenly pushed out of the sport he loves and to get back in the game, he will need the help of an eager young technician, Curz Ramirez, who upgrades McQueen’s tech. Little does he know, she has her own plan to win.

Directed by Brian Fee, Cars 3’s lesson is a fine line between winning is everything and finding happiness in your passion. I was disappointed to see a number of stereotypes and awful puns such as ‘life’s a beach’ and so on. One of the best parts of this movie is the destruction derby with the giant flaming school bus. I also think this film is a good enough ending to the series, so please Pixar, no more Cars.
