Chicken, Chorizo And Mozzarella Sub


  • 30 g of Ghiotti’s chorizo
  • 50 g of Ghiotti’s passata
  • 70 g of chicken breast
  • Baguette-type bread
  • A sprinkling of Ghiotti’s mozzarella
  • Oil
  • Half an onion


Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onion for 5 minutes, until it is browned. Add a small amount of Ghiotti’s tomato passata and cook for 1 minute. Add the chicken breasts and cook, stirring occasionally until it is well cooked. Lengthwise, dig the bread to create a cavity and fill it with the chicken and tomato mixture. Add slices of chorizo along the length of the bread. Sprinkle mozzarella throughout the sub and tightly close. Toast to melt the cheese and create a crispy texture.
