Yes, you heard right.

American superstar Chris Brown advertised a yard sale at his Los Angeles home this week with thousands of fans turning up.

Lining up for hours, fans patiently waited to get their hands on anything they could that Brown previously owned. The singer advertised his yard sale through a flyer on his social accounts that included the address of his mansion in the San Fernando Valley.

“Featuring significantly marked-down high-end items,” the flyer read.

Brown captioned the posts “DA CRIB … 2-day event.”

People began gathering late on Tuesday for the yard sale that took place on Wednesday (American time). A long line that stretched down the sidewalk began to slowly move on Wednesday morning towards a driveway filled with large canopies, filled with rows of clothes. Some fans explained they had travelled as far as Arizona to make the yard sale and admitted they would be happy as long as they walked away with something that belonged to the artist.

Police said they had received no complaints and the crowd appeared orderly.
