Kanye West has been receiving extreme backlash after a poor-looking brunch plate went viral.
The rapper was performing at Bethany Church in Louisiana providing a free concert for fans, however, also offered a ridiculously expensive and appalling brunch.
For US $55, the plate of food one concertgoer received included a mere two strips of bacon, dry-looking pancakes and an item that may be a patty.
“This is the wonderful & COLD brunch BUFFET we are being served,” one person posted to Twitter.
The caterers from West’s event has since responded with a statement:
“Lauryn’s Fine Catering has been contacted about the poor service and quality of food provided during the event as a paid vendor,” it read.
“The catering company acknowledges it did not provide adequate food for ONE attendee and a social media post went viral.
West is yet to comment.
