Summer salad with crunchy noodles for that something out of the ordinary. Whip this up in no time at all.
• 2 x 85g Sealord Salmon Sensations Light Chilli
• 2 cups crispy noodles
• 2 cups shredded red cabbage
• 2 cups mesclun
• ¼ cup fresh orange juice
• 4 tbsp soy sauce
• ¼ cup olive oil
• 4 tsp toasted sesame seeds
In a large bowl, combine red cabbage and mesclun. Mix through Salmon Sensations Light Chilli and then lastly the crispy noodles.
In a jar, shake together the orange juice, soy sauce, olive oil and sesame seeds. Pour over the dressing over the salad and then serve with crusty French bread.
Coriander and or mint can be added to this salad as well for extra zing.
