Friday the 28th of September will see Alexandra Park proudly support the Cancer Society with a race night.
Hosted in the Tasman room, the evening includes entertainment, spot prizes, a full buffet, and plenty of harness racing under the track lights. “There will also be a mascot running around for selfies while out on the track, and there’ll be celebrity races with New Zealand rugby legend Stephen ‘The Beaver’ Donald,” stated Alexandra Park Sales & Events Coordinator Roxanne Visser.
Dinner packages start at $65 per person, with $10 from each ticket sold going to the Cancer Society.
Alexandra Park has been hosting internationally-themed race nights for some time, with Thai Night on this Friday, Italian Night on the 21st, and Tropical Night at the Races on the 12th and 26th of October.
