Detective Kieran Shaw has been working for two years to collect enough evidence to bring down an infamous crime network. He is on the brink of success when a low-level Bluds member is stabbed to death on Gallowstree Lane. The crime is not detrimental to the case, but when an eyewitness decides to take morality into his own hands, he may end up blowing up all the painstaking work Shaw has done. Priorities clash in a disastrous fashion, as Shaw is faced with a never-ending increase of obstacle to his case.
