Australian heat specialist Thermofilm has developed the unique Crossray BBQ, an ultimate gas BBQ with patented technology that delivers high-intensity infrared heat, which cooks food that is tastier and juicier.

Eliminating the need for any other outdoor cooking appliance, Crossray BBQ can produce pizzas that taste like wood-fired pizza, cooked in minutes including pre-heating; paella that can be cooked in 20 minutes; and slow-cooked lamb shanks in gravy on an upper-level cooking area that functions as a traditional oven.

Easy to use, perfect cooking results can be achieved whether BBQing, grilling, smoking, or being used as a pizza and outdoor oven. ‘Low and slow’ cooking can be completed with the lid either up or down. Temperatures from 110 to 380 degrees Celsius are easily and quickly provided and controlled; delivering the intensity and quality of charcoal with the convenience and control of gas.
