Do you remember your sneaker game before 2015? It was filled with Air Jordan 1’s, Heely’s, L.A. Gear Lights and it was bad.

The notorious singer turned designer Kanye West changed the world with his YEEZY BOOST 350 in 2015, creating arguably the world’s most sought-after shoe. This month West has worked with adidas Originals to bring us a bold evolution of the 350’s. The YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 shows off a striking and surprising flash of colour as seen in the YEEZY SEASON 3 presentation in February earlier this year.

The new design pairs new adidas technology with West’s unmistakable aesthetic. Premium materials such as Primeknit in three new hues of yarn can be found in the new design. Primeknit material is adidas’ most advanced digital knitting technique to fit consumers like a second skin. Featuring a big stroke of red across the side and a semi-translucent rubber outsole with TPU sidewalls that provides superior traction. While the midsole utilises adidas’ innovative BOOSTTM technology that creates a durable and shock-resistant sole.

To reserve yourself a pair you will have to download the adidas Confirmed App prior to the release day that works on a “first come, first served” basis. The app is only available in the UK, Germany, Italy and America and is only offered in selected adidas retailers. For the rest of the world, they hit stores on the 24th September and retail for about $220 USD. To find out more head over to
