This eye shadow contains pure matte pigments and is essentially designed to be used as a powder eye shadow and/or an eyeliner. A small indentation in the centre of the pan holds a drop of water which creates an inky shade that lasts for hours.
The wider collection also contains two Studio Eye Glosses to give your eyelids a glistening patent-leather look.
