The one and only Madonna is being sued by a furious fan for being late to her own shows.
Madonna fan Nate Hollander has charged the singer for rescheduling her upcoming Miami Beach concert on December 17 from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
The rescheduling was due to Madonna often being late to her tour’s shows which kicked off in September. The singer has reportedly been late multiple times on tour, with some shows not starting until two hours after expected.
Hollander claimed he spent $1024.95 on three tickets to the singer’s show and said the time change has made the tickets lose their value.
He was able to resell his tickets on Ticketmaster however was dissatisfied when he was not able to recover the full price of the tickets.
“Due to the change in the start times … all tickets purchased by Hollander and all class members suffered an extreme loss in value, making it impossible for Hollander and all class members to recover the amount paid for said tickets by reselling them,” the lawsuit reads.
Madonna addressed the lawsuit claims at her Las Vegas show on the weekend, excusing herself of the incident.
“Here’s something you all need to understand … and that is, that the queen is never late”.
